What a 14-day MVP includes (and what it doesn't)

Here is the honest list.

Included

• Scope locked early. The wedge is written down by day 2. New ideas go to a backlog, not the first release.
• UX and UI for the core job. Enough design to build, not a 40-screen design system.
• A live product. Frontend people can use, an API or serverless backend, and a production deploy.
• Production basics when the idea needs them. Auth, payments, analytics, and a short security pass for the paths that matter.
• Ownership. Repository, infrastructure accounts where possible, and handover notes.

Not included

• Every feature on your dream roadmap
• Multi-year architecture for scale you do not have yet
• Unlimited revision loops without a new scope
• Marketing campaigns, fundraising decks, or ongoing ops unless we agree separately

If scope is bigger

We still ship the first live slice in 14 days, then iterate weekly. That keeps learning real and spend honest.
